The Sandreck ultrafine vertical grinding mill adopts an integrated “grinding-classification-collection” design, making it a highly efficient, energy-saving, and precise ultrafine powder processing equipment.

1. Feeding and Drying

The feeder delivers material into the grinding disc of the ultrafine vertical grinding mill, while hot air dries the high-humidity material to facilitate subsequent ultrafine grinding of the base material.

2. Grinding and Drying

The dried material falls onto the rotating grinding disc and is thrown outward by centrifugal force. The grinding rollers grind the material under hydraulic pressure, while hot air conveys the fine particles upwards.

3. Classification and Sieving

The ground powder is carried by airflow into a high-precision classifier. The classifier precisely controls the airflow speed, ensuring that qualified fine powder (e.g., 5-45μm) is collected by the airflow, while coarse powder falls back onto the grinding disc for further grinding.

4. Finished Product Collection

Qualified fine powder undergoes pulse dust removal; after collection, clean airflow is discharged. The entire operation is carried out under negative pressure to ensure an environmentally friendly, dust-free process.
